Ollette Boyd joined Focus: HOPE as Chief Financial Officer in June of 2011. She is responsible for the financial operation of Focus: HOPE as well as the human resources and information technology operations. “Ollette brings to Focus: HOPE a depth of experience in senior financial and strategic business management, and a sound capacity for high order systems-thinking,” said William F. Jones, Jr, past CEO.

Boyd had been the Chief Financial Officer with the Charles H. Wright Museum of African American History for nearly 10 years. Prior to that, she worked at the Detroit Newspaper Agency first as Internal Audit Director and later as Circulation Director of Administration. She is a CPA and earned a B.B.A. degree from the University of Michigan. A native of Detroit, she graduated from Cass Technical High School.
