Currently, 285 colleagues work in our food, education and training, and community development programs as well as general operations. Our campus spans 35 acres with nearly one million square feet of space over several blocks on Oakman Boulevard in Detroit.

Seeking 6 teachers for Center for Children
Focus: HOPE has 6 teacher positions open at its Center for Children, including three in the Early Head Start program for children up to age 3, and three openings for Head Start classes for children ages 3 to 5. Interested parties can submit resumes to Lawrence.email@example.com.
The Center also has openings for substitute teachers.
The Center is part of the Thrive by Five Detroit collaborative which is providing an innovative model for Head Start and Early Head Start service delivery. The program model includes investment in professional development for teachers and staff.
Applicants for the teacher positions must have a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development or Elementary Education with an Early Childhood endorsement as well as previous experience working with infants and toddlers in a classroom setting.
