Neighborhood Network

The HOPE Village Neighborhood Network is a powerful "success network" that weaves together the services of seven nonprofit organizations to create success opportunities for Network members.  Network membership is open to families and individuals who live or go to school in the neighborhood. Each Network partner offers different and complementary services; together they are implementing a collective impact model - one which:

  • provides seamless access to the services of all organizations through multiple points of entry
  • allows for real time sharing of data about the impact of the Network on the self-sufficiency of individual Network members
  • is changing the odds of success and economic self-sufficiency for neighborhood residents

Each Network partner has an on-site Network specialist who works with families and individuals to set goals and achieve them, in areas such as pre-natal and early childhood education, adult learning, job training and placement, financial literacy and credit scores.

Funded by the United Way of Southeastern Michigan as a pilot project, the HOPE Village Neighborhood Network is an impactful way for nonprofits to work together to change the odds of success for a neighborhood.
