The 5-week training is followed by support to transition into an industry training program such as production workers, healthcare, truck driving, manufacturing, IT and more, or community college educational pursuits. Participants without a High School Diploma or GED are eligible for this training.
Requirements: 18 – 24 years old, no high school diploma required
Production Worker Training
Are you interested in a career in the production industry? We have employers waiting to hire our graduates after completing training. The training program is FREE.
Integrated Advanced Manufacturing
This training program will give you the foundation needed for entry-level manufacturing positions. Topics include but are not limited to measurement tools, shop math, shop theory, blueprint reading, communications and introduction to machining and quality.

Patient Sitter & Patient Care Associate positions with three of Detroit’s largest healthcare employers.
3 – 4 week course includes training in medical terminology, signs and symptoms, infection control, basic life support and more.
Patient Care Associate
7 – 8 week course includes the Patient Sitter curriculum plus blood pressure, vital signs, blood glucose, patient hygiene, diet and nutrition and more.
Commercial Driver License Truck Driving Program
Become work ready in 8 weeks through the Truck Driver career
training program that includes 4 weeks of readiness training at
Focus: HOPE and 4 weeks of CDL Class A license training at an
accredited and state licensed Truck Driving school.
